Past practice papers will be used as students develop comprehension skills, broaden vocabulary and sophistication. They will develop extended writing through creative tasks.
Following the 11+ curriculum, students will sharpen the remaining topics, including worded problems. Past papers will support learners in preparation for their exams.
Students will develop SPaG rules and application of these in lengthier writing tasks. Fluency will be developed, using the four operations in word problems.

Learners will continue the KS3 curriculum, working on ratio, proportion and rates of change units. They will be given mini-assessments throughout.

KS4 learners will be actively supported through practise papers, addressing topics as weak areas are identified.
